ANEIDA CREATION CHARTER

ANEIDA offers the possibility to develop custom projects inspired by the brand’s aesthetic and creative universe.
These projects allow you to bring a personal idea to life while fully respecting the distinctive style, sensibility, and artistic direction of ANEIDA.

Custom creations are not meant to replicate any design or to explore styles outside of the brand’s identity. Every project must remain aligned with our visual language, materials, and overall creative vision. We do not create “anything on demand,” but rather reinterpret your ideas through the lens of ANEIDA.

We can create both jewelry pieces (rings, necklaces, pendants, etc.) as well as small decorative or symbolic objects.

This creative freedom is made possible thanks to our use of the lost-wax casting technique, an artisanal method that allows for infinite forms, textures, and details. Each piece is sculpted and developed with precision, making every custom project unique.

1. Exchange and Creative Direction

Each project begins with an in-depth discussion around your idea, your wishes, and your constraints.

We commit to strictly respecting the guidelines you provide. No creative decisions will be made against your choices unless you explicitly grant us full creative freedom and allow us carte blanche.

Each custom piece is the result of an exchange and a precise artisanal process.

This charter aims to establish a clear and transparent framework so that the project unfolds under the best possible conditions, for both parties.

2. Creation Timeline

The creative process may take between 3 weeks and 1 month maximum, depending on the period and the complexity of the project.

This timeline is generally divided as follows :

– A minimum of 1 week dedicated to design and creative research

– 2 to 3 weeks for the artisanal production of the piece

3. Project Validation and Wax Prototype

Once the project has been validated by both parties (design, dimensions, materials, price), we create a wax model of the piece, in line with our usual creation process.

This wax prototype is sent to you for approval before any final production.

Up to two minor modifications to the wax model are included.

Beyond that, or in the case of significant or structural modification requests, an additional cost may apply.

4. Parameters Defined Before Creation

Before the creation process begins, we mutually agree on:

– The dimensions (chain length, ring size, crystal size, etc.)

– The plating

– The desired design

– The final price of the piece (excluding excessive modifications)

Once the process has started, these elements are considered validated.

5. Payment Terms

A 30% deposit of the total amount (excluding shipping fees) is required before the creation process begins.

The remaining balance must be paid before the final piece is shipped.
